We're back from our clergy retreat in Nashville, Tennessee where we spent a wonderful weekend filled with relaxation, conversation, prayer, and meeting new friends. A very special thanks to the community at St. Basil's Cathedral for their hospitality and warm welcome. Bp. Michael and Fr. Dave baking bread for Pentecost Vigil Mass. Playing a round of Sagrada on Saturday afternoon. Bp. Michael sharing his love of the Monastic Diurnal and showing us where to place the ribbons for Pentecost Vespers and Lauds.
Meeting new friends over dinner and wonderful conversation after Pentecost Vigil Mass and ending the night with the retreat signature drink made (appropriately) with some Chartreuse. A beautiful Pentecost Sunday Mass with the community at St. Basil's Cathedral. It was wonderful meeting the parishioners and learning about the community's long history.  Final night of our retreat with some cake for Pentecost. Happy Birthday, church!
